HEATING

Living in the New England area means freezing cold winters punctuated by the occasional blizzard and lots of snow. Even when the days are sunny, the temperature stays cold most days, and in order to keep your home or business warm and toasty, you need a reliable heating system to do the job day in and day out. Regardless of whether you have a boiler, a forced-air furnace, or a more exotic means of keeping warm, your heating system is going to be put to the test each and every winter. At St Jean Heating & Cooling, we understand that heating service means more than just timely installation.

COOLING

Regardless of whether it’s a forced–air system, a heat pump, or a high velocity air conditioner, your cooling system needs to be installed the right way. Our region is no place to run into an unexpected problem in the summertime, and a shoddy installation will increase those chances. That’s why you should trust the cooling service from St Jean Heating & Cooling for system installation and replacement. We’ll make sure your new cooling system is ready to go, and that you won’t run into trouble when you least expect it. Our team is ready to go to service all your cooling system needs. With close to 30 years on the job, we can handle repairs on all brands of air conditioning systems.

DUCTLESS MINI-SPLITS

Our Ductless split installations are done by our own factory trained technicians who have extensive experience in their trades and in our products. Our clients can have full trust and confidence in their ability. They specialize in providing quick, dependable and quality service and are knowledgeable and courteous. Sometimes there are areas in your home or business you would like to cool but their design has neither ductwork nor registers present. In areas like this we suggest using a mini-split system that places a self contained air handler in the room to provide the cooling. Also, mini-splits are available as heat pumps, which can provide both heating and cooling.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Ray St Jean, founder and owner of St Jean Heating & Cooling, maintains the outstanding reputation of his company one job at a time, with endless personal attention to detail and each client’s individual desire. St Jean Heating & Cooling prides itself on quality work, not quantity and we will never be satisfied until our clients, many of whom are our neighbors, are 100% satisfied. We guarantee it. The longstanding relationships we have with our customers are a result of our dedication to quality and customer service in all aspects of our company.  We look forward to serving all your heating and cooling needs and providing you with comfort solutions for all seasons!

“St. Jean came quickly, properly diagnosed the problem with my AC as a bad compressor (which another AC company had missed), ordered the new compressor and installed it without any problem. The compressor was under warranty, and St. Jean handled that and charged for labor and the new gas, which was the bulk of the expense.”
