“Mr. St Jean came to check out my oil burner/furnace and power venter. He checked out my entire system. He said it really needed to be cleaned. He also cleaned and oiled the power venter. He gave me a report with all appropriate efficiency outputs and system settings. I was so happy that I could finally trust a true professional. The previous co. *** Plumbing + Heating in Wakefield has an A rating on Angie’s List. Besides being outrageously expensive ( 300.-) they were inept. I had nothing but trouble since. And apparently never cleaned the system. I ended up with a furnace blowback throughout my entire house and soot up the outside.”

My experience with St. Jean Heating & Cooling was fantastic! After being fed lies by several HVAC companies, Ray was drastically different — he is honest, punctual and clearly explained the heating issues we were experiencing. As someone with little to no knowledge of HVAC, we appreciated Ray’s clarity in explaining the problems with our heating system. Pricing was fair, and Ray really seems to care about the work he does and his clients. He provided several options for replacing our furnace, and did not push for any unnecessary work.
